The National Association of Protesting for Sport

What is NAPFS.com?

I won't bore you with the details as the story is fairly common. Briefly, NAPFS was an idea conceived a few years back on a day that included one man, a zonkey, an unknown quantity of gin, a senator, several children, a bookmobile, and a monocle.

The concept is fairly simple. As described in the title, this is a sport. The object of the game, like many, is to earn the most points in a given time.
Points are earned by attending various organized demonstrations and protesting for something ranging from 'loosely affiliated' to 'perversely different' than the subject of the rally.
Here's an example: A large company is polluting the environment. Members of the community assemble outside of the company to show their displeasure. You show up as well with a sign entitled "Dogs Are People Too!"

Point values are based on various levels of accomplishment brief examples include:

Due to the potential of lewdness, belligerency, etc. the most important thing one must remember is this is a gentleman's game. Shock value is rarely creative and is reflected as such in the scoring system.

"This sounds great! Can I join?"
No.

"This sounds really stupid, can I join?"
Probably not.

"Though I defend your right to form such organizations, many people protest for good reason. This really doesn't sit well with me. Can I join NAPFS with the intent of protesting your next gathering?"
Yes! We would love to have you, and depending on the form of protest you could score some decent points.
