If the previous sections failed to provide you with specific consultation info, I apologize. However, I'm pretty certain, "other consulting" will be even more broad.
As mentioned, I have had the fortune to be involved in several types of businesses. So, there is a chance I may be able to offer my expertise, or put you in contact with someone better suited for your needs. Feel free to contact me with information about your project and I'll honestly let you know if I'd be a help, or a hindrance.
In addition, I'm always up for something new! Obviously I (and I hope you) wouldn't feel comfortable leading a project in which I have little or no experience. However, I have embraced similar scenarios in the past and feel confident I could be a good addition to a shorthanded team in many cases.
The basis of my confidence comes from solid, universal systems and methods, a honest desire to learn, and taking a somewhat ignorant approach.
There's something to be said for this last statement.
With any project a consultant should wear several hats. In many cases, the most important is the hat of the outsider. By necessity, I have this mentality with unfamiliar subjects. Additionally, I've discovered approaching familiar ground with a "blank slate" is perhaps more important to a project as It provides me the ability to give a different view or approach to the project.
If interested, let me know and I'll give you honest feedback on whether or not I think I would be helpful. For further review of my background, visit my personal info which includes my resume.
