Coaching

By coaching, I mean running a team, or working as a single freelance consultant on a specific project. Some recent work includes:

Playing Off the Bench

Recently, I've observed a solid increase in the workloads for various types of consulting firms. This has opened up another venue in which I can offer my services.

In the past I've worked as a freelance consultant with various firms and various projects at different stages of their life span. Understandably, this may not be the best scenario for most firms. Various learning curves (project orientation, learning the strengths and weaknesses of teammates and vice versa, etc.) do have an affect on efficiency.

There are, however, some tangible benefits. Temporarily shorthanded firms can bring someone like me onto the project; avoiding the hiring process, and the subsequent expense of employee retention in slower periods.

Methodology etc.

Of course for any of this we'll need to see if our viewpoints match. To further explore any potential opportunities please contact me with any questions, thoughts, or requests.
