Children's Home and Aid is a private, nonprofit, and nonsectarian social service agency that currently provides support to over 40,000 families throughout Illinois. This support is made up of numerous services that share a common purpose: to build a better futuer by helping children and their families overcome the obstacles associated with poverty, abuse and neglect.
These guys are helping many children in tough spots. While the cases and severity vary, these kids seem to share a common trait - all are members of "the unlucky sperm club." Children who have to deal with abuse, neglect, and poverty simply because they were born.
Unfortunately these children have few options for change, fortunately those of us in better situations can help to change things for them.
